Maron Structure Technologies Releases Its New After-Hours RemoteCare Program

(Niles Ill.) – Maron Structure Technologies is excited to announce its new offering within the RemoteCare Program. With the After-Hours Program, a client manages its system during the day and Maron Structure’s network operations center (NOC) monitors the system at night – responding proactively to incidents and taking the lead in co-managing the environment.

Working constantly together with clients and partners, Manoj Matthew observed, “We had many clients looking for a way to guarantee their technology systems were up-and-running even when they were out of the office, at home, and sleeping at night, and the answer is our After-Hours RemoteCare Program.”

With Maron Structure acting as an extension of a client’s internal technology team, it allows the client to say good-bye to the 10:00pm “system-down” phone call.
